Best Affordable Sushi in Scottsdale — Real Value, Not Cheap Fish

Scottsdale's restaurant market skews expensive. Most specialty sushi rolls on the main dining corridors run $18–28, and portions have been quietly shrinking while prices haven't. Genuinely affordable sushi — meaning classic rolls from $11 and specialty rolls at $17–21, with generous portions and fresh fish — is rare. Sushi Brokers is the clearest answer in North Scottsdale.

At 17025 N Scottsdale Rd near Loop 101, we've maintained honest pricing since 2000 without cutting corners. Our full sushi pricing guide for Arizona explains how we do it.

If you want maximum value at Sushi Brokers, visit during happy hour. Happy hour runs 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM every day, with a late night menu from 9:00 PM to close Sunday through Thursday and 10:00 PM to close Friday & Saturday — you get access to 18+ discounted rolls, appetizers, and drinks.

That includes fan favorites like the Chimichanga, Las Vegas, Cowboy, Surfer, and Diamondback rolls. The full happy hour menu is available at our Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Gilbert locations.

Most Scottsdale sushi restaurants with comparable roll quality charge $18–24 per specialty roll with standard 8-piece portions. Sushi Brokers offers classic rolls from $11 and specialty rolls at $17–21 — often with larger portions. That gap adds up over a meal, especially when you're ordering multiple rolls or dining with a group.

Sushi Brokers has three Valley locations with the same pricing — our Scottsdale flagship, the Arcadia location in central Phoenix, and the newest Gilbert East Valley location. All three serve the full menu at the same prices with twice-daily happy hour.
